How does booking a service package work?

After a free consultation, we analyze your requirements and recommend the best package. Once booked, we begin working on your project immediately.

What is the difference between FTE and Storypoint-based packages?

FTE (Full Time Equivalent): One booked package equals one full-time workforce unit (1.0 FTE) – ideal for long-term projects or continuous support.

Storypoint-based: A flexible alternative to time-based billing – actual work effort is measured using Storypoints.

What costs are not included in the packages?

Our pricing covers all associated costs, except for:

License costs for raw materials or copyrighted content, which are either integrated at the customer’s request or provided by the customer.

Licenses for software or tools required within the customer’s working environment, as procurement and costs remain the customer's responsibility.

How is communication handled with the assigned employee?

You have two options:

Integration into your team – The assigned employee is embedded into your communication and works via a ticketing system. This can be operated either by you or by us, depending on the complexity and feasibility of the tasks.

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) – A dedicated contact person manages coordination, ideal for larger projects or multiple booked packages.

How flexible are the service packages?

Our packages are modular and adaptable. They can be expanded, combined, or scaled to fit your business strategy perfectly.
